We are currently looking for a highly motivated team player for the temporary Data Entry Clerk role. This position will provide administrative support to the Demand Planning and Sales Teams, as well as other various departments.
- Data Entry into ERP System (Epicor);
- Entering Sales Orders;
- Open order confirmations;
- Processing RMA(s);
- Backorder management;
- Updating data and parameters within system;
- Maintain department records;
- Entering customer forecast;
- Communicate with the Logistics departments to track deliveries and due dates;
- Organizing and building various reports;
- Other Administrative tasks as required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a data entry/administrative role;
- Post Secondary or College Education;
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Outlook, particularly in Excel;
- CRM, ERP (especially EPICOR) or MRP experience an asset;
- Strong organizational skills ability to multi-task;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills;
- Professional demeanor;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong reporting and analytical skills;
- Able to meet deadlines;
- Versatility, attention to detail, problem solver, and proactive;
- Professional Telephone & Email Etiquette.
